Terms & Conditions

  1. All online customers must be above the age of 18 or have parental consent.
  2. All orders are shipped only within the working week, i.e. Monday through to Friday.
  3. Any change in an order requires a mandatory email to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order online.
  4. Although customers may be ordering multiple orders in one designated order, we place all items in individual packaging.
  5. If customers require gift wrapping for various items, an indication in the order is necessary and we will do the needful.
  6. Any faulty, used, or damaged items may not be exchanged or refunded.
  7. To utilize our free alteration services, customers must bring their retail items to our Great World City outlet and give us 4 working days for them to be altered. Altered items must be picked up at our store itself, as we do not deliver them.
  8. Currently, we do not allow third party ads to be displayed on our website. This further ensures customer data protection.
  9. Our items are currently only available on Zalora Marketplace Singapore. Any other websites are not authorized.
  10. We reserve the right to review and edit our Terms & Conditions page as well as our Privacy Policy. Any instance of revision will be announced on our website.
  11. Moirai LLP is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances.
